Winter Flower

looking into the poetry of Emily Bronte I established a need to create my own interpretation of the flowers she describes in her poem the blue bell. She pours her emotions into her poetry to release some of the negativity, she had from her isolation from her family; during her time away from the moors where she lived.

Although the flowers I used were not blue bells the emotions of her poetry was created using colour and visual representation. The photgrams were presented in a book called winter flower after a section in her poetry; Where she writes of her longing for spring to come so the bluebells bloom again after a harsh winter. Her poetry is featured on the pages with the photograms.
